Both of them are immortal. 3. Apollo's mother had a very hard time finding a place to birth him and his sister, because nobody wanted to host such a momentous event. 4. At one time, Zeus became angry with Apollo, and made him a slave to the mortal king Laomodon. Apollo, along with Poseidon, spent a year doing hard labor. 5. During the Trojan War, Apollo brought plague to the Greek army, which weakened them severely. 6. Apollo replaced Helios as the "Sun God" when the Romans came into power. 7. Apollo had the power to heal people. Whenever he would use it, Hades would get mad. To avoid any conflict, Zeus killed Apollo. 8. Hermes and Apollo are half-brothers. 9. Apollo also has the power to see into the future, and tell what will happen. 10. When Zeus killed his son, Apollo found and murdered the Cyclops that fashioned the lightning bolt that struck his son down.

My color scheme for this page is meant to symbolize different things about Apollo. I used Yellow because he was the Sun God.I chose purple because it's a versatile color, and Apollo (being the god of music) could play many different instruments. The reason i chose the music I did, is because Apollo is the God of music, and i think that's the kind of stuff he'd be jammin' to.
